What are your shipping policies?

We currently ship only within the continental US only. Orders will ship through UPS (www.ups.com) within 2 business days from receiving the order. We ship from our fulfillment center in Orlando. Please allow 5 business days for shipments to arrive based on final destination.

What is your return policy? Usually, cosmetic companies do not accept returns.
However, we want to provide you with a superb customer service and therefore, we will accept returns that arrive in our offices within 21 days from the day the transaction was made.

(Note: We accept returns just for Factory-Outlet-555 products ordered directly from Factory-Outlet-555 via this website or telephone).
